Work is progressing for Waterford City & Co. Co. to redevelop two protected, 185 year old structures on Main Street in Cappoquin, Co. Waterford. The council has recently awarded the contract to develop a residential unit and ground floor commercial premise in each building. These projects are proceeding under the Rural Regeneration and Development Fund to bring much needed economic growth to this historic town set on the Blackwater River.
