Delgany planning application lodged.

We have just lodged planning for 20 new family homes on a difficult but beautiful site in Delgany, Co Wicklow.

The site comes with challenges; protected trees dividing the site and a dramatic change in topography. The scheme takes the form of two terraces, one each side of the tree line. We have designed two new and exciting house types to respond to the different site conditions.
