This house is located on the south side of the square and is a protected structure. The brief was to make a generous living/dining/kitchen/TV room at ground floor- creating an open space connected to both the front and rear garden. An existing non-original return in poor condition and with claustrophobic spaces was demolished and a simple form brick extension constructed in its place.
