his project is a retail park located at the edge of Monaghan. The brief was for the provision of retail warehouse spaces, varying in size from small to anchor unit. The intention was to build an overall coherent park which avoided the plethora of competing boxes and signage typical of these type of developments. Order is achieved using simple rectilinear volumes and contemporary materials and detailing. Simple openings were formed to shopfronts denoted by frames above. A continuous canopy runs the length of the building protecting shoppers from the rain.
