There are numerous trees of quality on and around the site which contribute to a wonderful private garden feel. The vision for this site is to adapt an existing dwelling into a new community restaurant to serve Portmarnock and Malahide. The ambition is to establish a restaurant / cafe / bar that will enhance the beach user experience, invigorate the site and open it up to the public. A home-from-home quality driven food offer is proposed.
