We have been appointed by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Co. Co. to design 4 no. residential units for this narrow, infill site on Patrick Street, Dun Laoghaire. The project forms part of a drive by the council to avail of their brownfield lands to build housing and in the process regenerate and rejuvenate portions of the town.
