This proposal is for 4 apartment buildings on a unique site between Ward Valley Park and the town of Swords. The buildings are composed and cranked to address the edge condition of the town to the East and the Park to the West. A south facing high quality communal garden is created between the apartment buildings as the social space at the center for the enjoyment of the residents. The apartments are to be generous in area and in ceiling height.
